Description

DARCELLA is is a medium-bodied blend with a balanced finish.  From the Santa Ynez Valley it is a wine that never disappoints.  It’s ready to enjoy today or lay down for the next 5 to 7 years.

TASTING:  Fruit-forward aroma followed by black currant spice. Enjoy a touch of boysenberry, sandalwood, and cherry.

AGING:  28 months in 100% French oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Merlot 58% | Cabernet Sauvignon 42% 

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley

NAMED AFTER: Jason McClain’s father’s first love he met in Paris in 1955.
